Come as you are

We're a safe place to learn, explore and discover.  We want you to come as you are.

Rough day? Haven't showered in a week? Going through something hard?  Perfect, come as you are. ​

​

You don't have to censor yourself here. Need to rant about your work day, moan about the weather, or tell us a big secret? Voice your biggest concerns and inner demons. We'll listen.

 

Don't have childcare? No problem, bring them along! We know juggling family and making time for yourself isn't always simple, and not all of us have support networks to lean on.

We're here for your middle place. Don't have it figured out? Not out of the woods yet? Almost drowning in the frigid water? Let's sit in those uncomfortable places together. Your mess doesn't scare us. We've all been there, so come as you are.

And we're here for your celebrations. We wanna shriek and applaud your successes. Don't tone them down here. Just aced your first invert? Hell yeah! Climbed to the ceiling? Incredible! First split touchdown? We're you're biggest cheerleaders.

Be too much. Be loud, be funny, be crazy. We love your too-muchness! Don't edit the YOU out of you.

But you can be 'not enough' at the Department too. Be tired, be empty, be quiet. When you're out of energy and just need a space to breathe, we're here for that too. You're welcome just as you are.

Be you. In all your messy, loud, confused, joyful, silly self, with all your big feelings. In your stained t-shirt and dry shampooed hair or in your cute Insta-worthy outfit and going-out make up.

 

That's what the Department is about. You being you, us being us, and loving each other throughout it all.
