Feelings before Fitness

We're passionate about Pole, Aerial Arts and Dance.  Our department has been created as a space where you have the freedom to be the whole you. We believe that if we can help you feel good and have fun, fitness will follow.

 

I’m a bit anti-gym…large, busy, noisy, overstimulating spaces filled with mirrors, distractions and a focus on burning calories, weight, and appearance. So I’m creating a space that is more about how you feel.

 

I don’t think fitness should only be for the motivated, energetic, strong individuals. I want this to be a place you can come when you feel lost, alone, broken, depressed, angry.

We all know moving is ‘good for us’ don’t we? But most of time we actually need to feel good to move. If you’ve ever been depressed, you’ll know that some days getting out of bed, or taking a shower can feel like climbing Mount Everest. But what if you knew that if you can drag yourself out of the darkness with the darkness inside and come to a place where it is as welcome as your brightest smile? With people who have also climbed a mountain to be there?

Classes

Our classes and lessons are totally tailored for you and the movement that makes you feel good. Whether you want to slink around on the floor soulfully, smash and bang your heels or get up the pole and throw some shapes… you can do it here.
