Feelings before Fitness
We're passionate about Pole Dance and Fitness. The department is somewhere where you have the freedom to be the whole you. We believe that if we can help you feel good and have fun, fitness will follow.
Traditional gyms are large, busy, overstimulating spaces filled with noise, mirrors, distractions and a focus on burning calories, weight, and appearance. Our space is about how you FEEL.
'Fitness' isn't just for motivated, energetic, strong individuals. I want this to be a place you come when you feel lost, alone, broken, sad or angry.​ Because we all know moving is ‘good for us’. But most of time we need to feel good to move. If you’ve ever struggled with your mental health, you’ll know that some days getting out of bed, or taking a shower can feel like climbing Mount Everest.

But what if you knew that you can drag yourself out of the darkness, with the darkness inside, and bring it to a sanctuary where it's as welcome as your brightest smile? With people who have also climbed a mountain to be there?

Classes
Our classes are tailored to the movement that makes you feel good. With a maximum of 6 people per class you get a huge amount of 1:1 instructor time. We get to know you as a person, what you like and dislike and what you want to achieve, then structure classes for you. Whether you want to slink on the floor or throw some shapes… you can do it here.
